Under the directorship of Alex Cooper and Terry Baker, Government Shared Services is a team of highly experienced and qualified Building Surveyors, Assistant Building Surveyors and Building Inspectors, who are supported by a dedicated administration team.

Both highly motivated individuals, Terry and Alex manage the operations of Government Shared Services (GSS), drawing on their qualifications and extensive past experience in undertaking Municipal Building Surveying duties on behalf of the Council.

We work exclusively with Local Government. We provide a specialised service to Council Building Departments throughout Victoria who, due to a shortage of qualified Municipal Building Surveyors in the regional areas especially, are seeing the benefits of engaging qualified professionals to carry out these functions to suit the specific needs of their Council and community.
